The WFL's set of nine conference rooms are ideal for small groups. All rooms have a whiteboard, a table, and chairs suitable for up to 4 people. Additionally, any room marked as "new" comes with a large screen that may be used in conjunction with a laptop for video conferencing.
You may reserve a conference room up to 30 days in advance. All reservations require a valid Minuteman library card, and all online conference room reservations require a fee.
If you would like to use a room for free, you must visit the kiosks in the library when you want to use a room.
Online reservations may only be paid through credit card transactions. Unpaid online reservations will be canceled after 48 hours.
We do not issue refunds. In the case you need to cancel your booking, you may call in to reschedule it for another day.
