Everyone is welcome to join! This class is inclusive of all ages, levels and abilities. Students need to bring a towel, mat and a bottle of water. Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. This type of yoga helps you quiet the mind, as you let go and allow stillness to come.
